Adventist Community Services
Adventist Community Services meets people’s immediate needs through social services such as tutoring and mentoring programs, Youth Volunteer Corps, health screening education and assistance, inner city missions, and disaster response.
The Hagerstown Adventist Community Services Center seeks to help the residents of Hagerstown who are in need by providing food, clothing, toiletries and household items to individuals free of charge. The Center is located at 35 East Washington Street in Hagerstown and is open on Tuesday and Thursday of each week from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
The Center is supported by the Hagerstown Seventh-day Adventist Church and two other Adventist churches in the area. Through donations and volunteer church members, the Center meets the needs of hundreds of individuals each year.
